How To Cook Milk Dessert With Caramel, Semolina And Hazelnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk dessert with caramel, semolina and hazelnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 liter of fresh milk

2 teaspoons sugar + 6 tbsp

1 cup semolina

3 eggs

peel of 2 lemons

juice of 1 lemon

nuts of choice

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs and sugar,

add semolina,

mix until smooth.

Drain the juice of 1 lemon and grate the rind of 2.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan, pour the milk, stirring.

When it boils, add the lemon zest (you can use more if you wish).

In a separate small bowl, mix the lemon juice and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Boil the semolina until it thickens and cover it with a towel.

Put the lemon juice with the sugar on the stove and cook the mixture until it darkens and acquires a characteristic aroma.

Take a suitable form that you do not smear with anything. Pour the caramel into it, distributing it over the entire bottom and forming a "fence" at the edges of the dish.

Spread the dough evenly on top. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.

When you take it out, turn the dessert in a suitable container.

Sprinkle with crushed nuts.

Pistachios are usually used, but they are also delicious with hazelnuts.

You can freeze the dessert for 6-8 hours, and before serving, move it to the refrigerator. Then you will enjoy real ice cream.

Cut into pieces and you're done. The more nuts you use, the tastier it becomes.

Enjoy your meal!
