Necessary products:

300 mushrooms

4 potatoes

1 onion

1 large carrot

1 pack melted cheese

1 liter of milk

oil (for frying)

Necessary products:

Cut the mushrooms in four, fill them with cold water (the water level should be 2 fingers above the mushrooms) and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt, but no more, because melted cheese may be salty enough. When the mushrooms start to boil, add the milk. Cut the potatoes and let everything boil on the stove. Make a porridge of finely chopped carrots and onions, add it to the soup and simmer until the potatoes are completely cooked. Finally, add the melted cheese and stir until completely dissolved. You can put the soup to boil for a while to thicken a little more, but this is at your discretion.

Enjoy your meal!
