How To Cook Milk Smoothie With Coffee, Banana And Tofu - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/4 tea cups fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup soft tofu cheese
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into the bowl of a blender and add the tofu, banana (cut into circles), sugar, instant coffee and ice cubes.

Beat all ingredients at high speed for three minutes. Distribute the resulting homogeneous mass in cups and enjoy the soft and tender taste.
