Necessary products:

 

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1-2 heads of celery
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh chervil
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 1 potato, grated
  • chili to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of water and bring the liquid to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Peel and finely chop the celery, add the ginger and potatoes.

Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer over low heat until the vegetables are ready. Cool and strain the mixture. Scrape a ladle of it, add the yogurt, stir and return to the pan.

Heat the butter in a pan, fry the red pepper and add the chili to taste. Pour the mixture into the soup and stir. Distribute portions and serve, garnished with chopped fresh cherries.
