Required products :

500 grams of potatoes

spinach to taste

1 egg

green onion

fresh garlic

300 grams of smoked ham

200 grams of cheese

3 tablespoons cream

2 - 3 tablespoons grated yellow cheese

butter

salt and spices of your choice

parsley

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready in salted water, peel them and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. Wash the spinach, dry it and chop finely. Fry it in butter together with the chopped garlic. Add the ham (diced), green onions, beaten egg, grated cheese, cream, salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil, spread a layer of potatoes, then the spinach mixture and potatoes again. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, parsley and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
