How To Cook Mushroom Casserole With Onion, Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • green spices or suitable for mushroom dishes

 

Method of preparation :

Stew the chopped mushrooms and onions in the oil for 10 minutes, then pour the cooking cream and add the selected spices. Fry for 5 minutes.

 

Mix the eggs with the flour, add the baking powder and some of the grated yellow cheese.

 

In this combination, pour the mushrooms with onions and spices, mix and transfer the "dough" in a greased form with a diameter of 24 centimeters.

 

Bake until ready at 180 degrees.

 

When you turn off the oven, sprinkle the dish with the remaining cheese and return to warm to melt.
