Necessary products

  • 300 grams of mushrooms of your choice, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of leeks, finely chopped
  • 600 milliliters of vegetable or chicken broth
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme

 

Method of preparation

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Pour in the leeks and garlic and fry for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add the mushrooms and thyme, stir and cook on high heat for a few more minutes.

Pour the broth into the pan. Simmer over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and beat with a blender until smooth and thick.
