How To Cook Mushroom Skewers With Oyster And Spice Sauce Marinade - Recipe

Necessary products:

400 grams of whole mushrooms

2 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon mixture of dry ground spices: basil, cayenne pepper, parsley, celery, dill, coriander, bay leaf and others

Method of preparation:

It is best to choose mushrooms of the same size, but if you do not have this option, it is not scary.

Wash and dry the mushrooms.

 

Make the marinade by mixing the mayonnaise, sauce, spices in a bowl and stir.

 

Pour the mushrooms into the bowl with the resulting aromatic mixture, stir and leave in a cool place to marinate for 1-2 hours.

 

Then string the flavored mushrooms on skewers and bake in the oven or on the grill (about 15 - 20 minutes).

 

The cooking time depends on the size of the mushrooms and how baked you want them to be.
