Required products :

400 grams of mushrooms

400 grams of beans

4 cloves garlic

1 hot pepper

1 bay leaf

Method of preparation :

Soak the beans in water beforehand (preferably overnight). Then boil it in 2 liters of water, add bay leaf and salt at the end of cooking.

Puree half of the beans with a blender and return to the broth.

Heat olive oil and fry the garlic cloves, sliced ​​and hot pepper. Once they acquire a golden color, remove them from the olive oil, it has absorbed the aromas and spices are no longer needed.
