Required products :

450 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar (maybe less)
2 egg yolks
50 milliliters of milk
250 grams of butter (maybe less)
250 grams of favorite jam or thick jam
1 teaspoon of vinegar
2-3 pinches of
vanilla soda to taste
melted chocolate for decoration

Method of preparation :

Mix the yolks with the sugar, pour in the milk and add the softened butter mixed with the flour. Put the soda quenched in vinegar, vanilla to taste and knead the dough.
Put 2/3 of it in a pan, the bottom of which you have greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. The layer should be 1 cm thick. Coat the base with marmalade / jam and cover with a second thin layer of the remaining dough.
Bake the cake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, check the readiness with a toothpick.

When the dessert is baked, cut it into squares, and on each "draw" a musical (note) key with melted chocolate.
