Required products :

  • 4 round loaves
  • 4 thin pieces of ham
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup yellow cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Cut off the top of the loaves, keeping in mind that the cap should be 1/3 of the whole loaf.
  • Carefully carve the main part, but not too deep.
  • Line the nest with ham and make sure it is well covered to prevent the egg from leaking into the bread.
  • Beat one egg at a time.
  • Sprinkle each loaf with 2 tablespoons grated yellow cheese and fresh parsley.
  • Put the lid on and wrap the sockets in foil.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake them for about 10-20 minutes to taste.

         10 minutes - for soft-boiled egg
         15 minutes - for medium-boiled egg
         20 minutes - for hard-boiled egg

  • Serve them warm.
