How To Cook Nests Of Mashed Potatoes With Mushrooms And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Nests of mashed potatoes with mushrooms and cream cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

700 grams of potatoes
100 milliliters of fresh milk
2-4 eggs
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
300 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
200 grams of cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash until smooth. Add a little fresh milk and a few eggs. The consistency should be stable enough so that the nests retain their shape.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Using a pastry syringe, form nests from the hot puree in the prepared dish.

Take care of the filling.

Cut the onion into small pieces, the mushrooms into small cubes and fry them together in hot oil.

Fill the sockets with the combination. You can use boiled meat, ham or another preferred product to prepare the filling.

Put a little cream cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220-240 degrees until the puree acquires a light pleasant crust and the cheese melts and turns red.

Serve on a green salad leaf and, if desired, sprinkle with green spices of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
