How To Cook Non-alcoholic Mulled Wine With Blackcurrant, Honey And Cinnamon Juice - Recipe

Required products :

750 milliliters of freshly brewed red fruit tea
750 milliliters of blackcurrant juice
250 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 tablespoons honey

Method of preparation :

Mix the hot fruit tea with the blackcurrant and orange juices in a large saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves and honey. Heat, bring to a boil and reduce the heat a few minutes later. Let the drink cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat, then you can serve.

As honey loses its useful properties when heated, you can add it before consuming the aromatic mulled wine.
