This classic noodle dish relies on fragrant soy sauce to combine all flavors and textures together in a perfect combination.
Required products :

Method of preparation :
Mix in a large bowl 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Season the chicken breasts in the resulting combination.
Boil water in a large saucepan and pour the noodles. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Season with 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and chili and garlic sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until they are liquid and golden and soft, then add the chopped garlic, ginger and green onions. Stir and cook for 1 minute, then transfer to a medium bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in the same pan over medium heat. Fry the broccoli, peppers and green peas until soft. Add the cabbage and cook until soft, then transfer the vegetables to the bowl with the mushrooms.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the flavored chicken for 2-3 minutes. Mix the chicken broth with the cornstarch in the remaining sauce from the chicken flavoring and mix until homogeneous, then pour into the pan with the chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring until thickened.
Add the vegetables to the chicken in the pan and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes and serve.
