How To Cook Oatmeal And Biscuit Cake With Fruits, Cocoa And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cake without baking oatmeal and biscuits with fruits, cocoa and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon crushed biscuits
  • 20 grams of walnuts
  • 200 grams of apple puree
  • 2 bananas
  • 120 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons agar-agar (vegetable gelatin)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Method of preparation :

Grind the dried apricots as well as possible together with the walnuts using a blender. Grind the oatmeal separately, but do not turn them into a fine powder.

Mix the ground biscuits (to be like crumbs) with the apricots and walnuts, add the oatmeal. Distribute this combination on the bottom of the form you have chosen to prepare the cake. Compact tightly and store in the refrigerator to firm up the marsh.

Pour the cocoa over the apple puree, add the bananas, which you must first puree again with the blender.

Dissolve the gelatin in water and cook for a few minutes. Then combine it with the fruit mass and beat.

When the mixture has cooled, spread it on the firm base in the form. Put the dish back in the fridge. Remove after at least 2 hours.

The cake is ready and you can serve it. It turns out very tasty and does not require much effort and time.

Enjoy!
