Required products :
500 milliliters of water
500 milliliters of fresh milk
180 grams of oatmeal
2 bananas
1/4 teaspoon salt
walnuts and honey to taste
Method of preparation :
Roast the walnuts in a dry pan. Mix the water and milk in a saucepan and place on the stove.
When the liquid boils, add the oatmeal, add salt, stirring constantly.
