How To Cook Oatmeal With Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 tea cups of oatmeal (which do not require boiling)
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 15 tablespoons fresh milk (preferably homemade)
  • 7 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tea cups walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 grams of vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Dry the oats in the oven until they acquire the characteristic nutty aroma. Allow them to cool.

Then roast the walnuts and crush half of them.

Melt the butter in a bowl, not allowing it to boil.

Add the sugar, including the vanilla sugar, pour in the milk, pour in the oatmeal and mix everything thoroughly, no lumps should remain.

Finally add the cocoa and let the mixture stand for 15-20 minutes.

Then form balls of it and put a whole nut in each. Roll in crushed walnuts and store the candies in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

When cool enough and firm, you can serve.
