How To Cook Omelet With Spinach, Croutons And Blue Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Omelet with spinach, croutons and blue cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2-3 slices of bread (you can use old)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • blue cheese to taste
  • 5 tablespoons fresh milk
  • salt, green spices and pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Cut the bread into cubes and fry it in olive oil for 3-5 minutes, meanwhile add salt. Remove the finished croutons in a bowl.

Wash the spinach leaves, cut them and stew them in olive oil until soft (about 2 minutes) and remove the pan from the heat.

Cut the blue cheese into small pieces.

Beat the eggs together with five tablespoons of milk, season according to your taste preferences.

Then pour into the pan with the stewed spinach, add the croutons and sprinkle with the blue cheese. Close the pan with a lid until the omelet is ready (about 5 minutes).
