Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 tea cup of tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

Method of preparation :

  • Grind the chicken fillet in a blender.
  • Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, add the spices and knead briefly.
  • Use 1 teaspoon to form the chicken pieces and roll them in tapioca flour. Shake off the excess.
  • Mix the remaining flour with the egg and water and stir.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs and place them in the hot oil. Work in batches, depending on the size of the pan.
  • Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove them on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
  • Serve the bites warm, garnished with your favorite sauce.
