Required products :

5 eggs
100 grams of flour
1 tea cup of milk
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 grams of mushrooms
2 tomatoes
200 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of yellow
pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with the milk, add the flour and salt to taste. Smash.
