How To Cook Pancakes Stuffed With Mashed Potatoes, Pickles, Fried Onions And Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 300 milliliters of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon soda
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

For the stuffing:

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • milk
  • oil
  • left
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 pickles
  • 200 grams of thin slices of smoked bacon
  • frying oil


Method of preparation :

The stuffing

Peel the potatoes, boil them, drain the water and mash, adding butter, salt and milk to taste.

Cut the onion, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with the curry and stir. Then fry in plenty of oil and remove with a slotted spoon on paper.

Bake the bacon until golden brown in a pan without fat, cut the cucumbers into small cubes.


The dough

Beat the milk and eggs, add the water, salt, sugar, flour with baking soda, pour a little lemon juice and oil. Bake thin pancakes from the dough.

Put a piece of bacon, 1 tablespoon of mashed potatoes, 1-2 teaspoons of diced cucumbers and generously sprinkle with fried onions.

Close the filling with the pancakes or roll them up. You can serve with sour cream.
