You can prepare pancake dough in the standard way or according to your favorite recipe
Method of preparation :
Make pancake batter, bake unsweetened ones. It is good to be thin or "lace". Add chopped green onions to the dough.
Grease each pancake with butter.
Finely chop the ham and smoked cheese, mix them.
Pour the béchamel sauce into a small saucepan, add the cream and add a little grated nutmeg. Put the combination on the stove and as soon as it boils, immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Add 2/3 of the liquid to the ham and cheese, stir.
Take a suitable baking dish. At the bottom, distribute 3-4 tablespoons of the béchamel mixture.
On 1/4 of the surface of each pancake put the stuffing and fold, forming triangles.
Arrange them in the pan next to each other and pour the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with grated smoked cheese and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
