Beat the eggs, add salt, chopped parsley and fresh milk. Heat a pan and pour half of the mixture. Cut the mushrooms and saute them in another bowl, season with salt, pepper, garlic, dill and stew for 5 minutes.
Then remove from the heat and add the sour cream. Cool the filling and fill the omelette with it. Turn carefully with a spatula to bake on the other side. In the same way, make the second omelet with the rest of the mixture. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with fresh spices of your choice.
