How To Cook Pasta Carrots Stuffed With Cream Cheese, Salmon And Apple - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of ready-made pizza dough
  • 2 apples
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover a pan with a sheet of parchment, roll out and cut the dough into strips lengthwise. Wrap them around funnel shapes and arrange on non-stick paper.

 

Bake until done, while peeling, cleaning and chopping the apples. Put them in a bowl, add the salmon, onion and cream cheese.

 

Season with pepper, salt and stir. When ready, fill the funnels with the resulting mixture and garnish with parsley.
