Required products :

  • 1 serving of pie dough
  • 220 grams of pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tea cups grated different cheeses (yellow cheese, cheddar, etc.)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Spread a pan with the pie dough and freeze for 15 minutes.

Then cover with aluminum foil, pour beans on top and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and grains and bake for another 5-6 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta and drain it.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the thyme in it for 3-4 minutes. Add the flour and mix. When golden, pour in the milk, stirring constantly. Remove the thyme stalks and add the mustard, pepper and salt. Add the cheese in portions, stirring constantly to melt.

Pour the pasta into the sauce and stir.

Spread the mixture on the marshmallows and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with thyme and refrigerate for 10 minutes before slicing and serving the pasta tart.
