Necessary products:

 

  • 1 soft avocado
  • 1/3 teaspoon butter then porridge
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 250 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 30 grams of cedar nuts
  • 50 grams of roasted cherry tomatoes

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the paste you have chosen in salted water, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Put the peeled avocado, butter, peeled garlic cloves, lemon juice, water, salt, black pepper in a blender and beat until smooth.

 

Cool it and garnish the pasta. Stir and cool. Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in a dry pan and set aside. Do the same with the tomatoes. Garnish the dish with them and serve.
