Pour water into a saucepan, add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, pour the pasta into it. Stir immediately and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Then drain the water and cool the paste.
Clean the fillet of skins, grease and any excess parts. Wash, cut into wide strips, put in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with spices, stir and leave the meat for about 10 minutes to taste.
Fry the chicken in olive oil, turning periodically on all sides to cover the pieces with an appetizing crust. Remove to a plate.
In the same pan in which you fried the meat, put the chopped garlic and fry it for 5 minutes. Then pour the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Grate the parmesan, add it to the cream, add the butter and simmer for a few minutes. Then remove from the heat and close with a lid.
Arrange the pasta on a plate, pour over the sauce, add the fillet and serve.
