How To Cook Pasta With Chicken, Béchamel Sauce And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 500 grams of cooked chicken breast
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet corn corn
  • 1 packet of Penne pasta (400 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 150 grams of ripe mozzarella

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour. Add the milk and stir constantly until it starts to thicken. Season with salt and nutmeg, set the sauce aside.

In a large saucepan, fry the onions in olive oil. Add the garlic and shredded chicken. When the fillet starts to brown, add the tomatoes and salt to taste. Stew under a lid for 5-6 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked. Pour the corn and sauce. Stir and add the pasta and chicken broth. Put the lid on and cook for 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley, stir and cover with mozzarella.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and forms an appetizing golden brown crust.
