Necessary products :
300-400 grams of sweet peppers
700 grams of canned corn or beans of 4-5 cobs boiled
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 onion
20 grams butter
100 milliliters of water
5 tablespoons chopped parsley
2-3 cloves garlic optionally
salt and others spices to taste
Preparation :
Cut the onion into small pieces and pour it into a bowl in which you have heated the butter. When fried until golden, add the sliced peppers and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and 10 minutes later the corn kernels. Pour the water, add spices to taste. Let everything simmer for half an hour, then sprinkle with parsley and add the garlic. Close the container with a lid for a while so that the salad can absorb all the flavors and aromas.
Serve it cold.
