Required products :


200 grams of cheese
200 grams of yellow cheese
2 eggs + 2 egg whites
100 milliliters of cream with fat content 20%
200 grams of sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon topped with thyme
1 teaspoon topped with oregano
1 clove garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese and yellow cheese. Separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks mix the two types of cream and flour. Add the cheese and spices to the resulting combination. Put a crushed clove of garlic and mix everything thoroughly.
Then beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and add to the dough.
Grease with oil a suitable form and pour in the cheese mass. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
The pie will swell, so use a container with high walls.
