How To Cook Pies With Baked Crusts Stuffed With Potatoes And Mozzarella - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pies made of roasted crusts stuffed with potatoes and mozzarella". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 125 grams of mozzarella
  • basil, oregano, salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 120-150 grams of ground crust
  • olive oil and egg to spread on the crusts
  • flax seeds for sprinkling

Required products :

Boil the potatoes whole until cooked, then peel and mash together with the butter, add salt to taste and leave to cool.

Add the mozzarella oregano, basil and black pepper to the resulting puree. Stir.

Coat the dough leaves with olive oil and cut into squares with a side length of about 20 centimeters.
