Necessary products:

 

  • 375 grams of flour
  • 1 gram of salt
  • 200 grams of diced butter
  • 10 grams of live yeast
  • 55 milliliters of milk
  • 2 broken eggs

 

for the filling

 

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 50 grams of parmesan, grated
  • 80 grams of salami or ham

  • 1 beaten egg for spreading
  • fresh basil or parsley for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour, add salt and chopped butter. Stir until you get a crumbly mixture. Combine the yeast with the milk and eggs, pour in the liquid and knead the dough.

After rising, roll it out and spread the resulting batter with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with chopped sausage and parmesan. Roll up a roll and cut it lengthwise.
