How To Cook Pizza With Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms And Prosciutto - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pizza with dried tomatoes, mushrooms and prosciutto". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

100 milliliters of warm water
1/2 teaspoon sugar (without tip)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast (5 grams)
2 tablespoons olive oil
about 200 grams of flour

For the stuffing

yellow cheese
mushrooms
dried tomatoes
pesto
prosciutto sauce

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the sugar, a pinch of salt and yeast in 100 milliliters of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then the sifted flour (determine the exact amount at the moment) and knead a soft dough.
Leave it to stand for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
When this happens, knead once more and divide into two parts.

Roll each of them thinly (the thickness of the layer should be about 5 millimeters) and place the bases on baking paper.
Coat the surfaces with the ground sun-dried tomatoes, and add a little pesto sauce if desired.

Next is the grated yellow cheese, and on it arrange pieces of mushrooms, prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes.

Bake the pizzas in a preheated 250 degree oven (bottom and top baking) for about 5 minutes.

To get an appetizing tomato sauce, grind them with olive oil and add a little sugar. A puree consistency should be obtained. You can also add aromatic spices, if they are not used in the drying of tomatoes.

Enjoy your meal!
