How To Cook Pizza With Roasted Tomatoes, Broccoli And Ricotta - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 peppers - cut into slices
  • 1/2 head of broccoli - cleaned of roses
  • 1/4 small red onion - cut into crescents
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes in quarters
  • 500 grams of pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta tea
  • 1 teaspoon ripe grated mozzarella
  • flour, salt, olive oil and pepper

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Roast the vegetables with olive oil for 18-20 minutes while the cherry tomatoes are toasted. Take them out of the oven and increase the temperature to 250 degrees.

Meanwhile, grease a fireproof pan with olive oil.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with flour and roll out the dough until it reaches the diameter of the pan you have prepared. Transfer the marshmallows to the pan and pour plenty of olive oil over it.

Form a 2 cm board on the swamp.

Spread the ricotta dough and sprinkle with mozzarella. Spread the roasted vegetables on top and pour over the olive oil. Add salt and bake the pizza in the oven for 12 minutes to melt the cheese and combine the flavors.
