Learn how to cook "Pizza with dried tomatoes, garlic and olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of flour
30 grams of yeast
200 milliliters of water
100 grams of ham or sausage of your choice
50 grams of dried tomatoes
150 grams of yellow cheese
4 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon spice mix of your choice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
10 olives
Method of preparation :
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the yeast, salt and warm water. Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Shape into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes to rise.
Make the sauce. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan, add the crushed garlic, grated fresh tomatoes and spices. Let the mixture cook over low heat until it thickens.
Divide the risen dough into two parts. Add the remaining olive oil to one and mix
once more.
Roll out the dough thinly, put it in a greased pan and spread the sauce generously on the surface. Distribute the filling: ham, sun-dried tomatoes, grated cheese and olives.
Bake the pizza in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Make another pizza from the rest of the dough.
