Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 350 grams of minced turkey meat (or other optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 teaspoons kale or baby spinach, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 wholemeal cakes (or homemade pizza pan)
  • 3/4 tea cups mini mozzarella balls

Method of preparation :

Place the oven rack on top and heat to a high temperature.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry the garlic and red pepper in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the minced turkey, dill seeds, paprika and a pinch of salt. Cook by mashing the turkey with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes.

Add the kale, vinegar, 1/4 salt and cook, stirring, until the kale softens and the turkey changes color, then remove the pan from the heat.

In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place the pies (or pizza marshes) and spread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Garnish with turkey mixture and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven on the top level for 2 to 4 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted and the edges begin to brown.

Remove from the oven, cut and serve with garnish of your choice.
