How To Cook Pork Chops In The Oven With Celery And Apples - Recipe

If you like pork, you may eat it too often, which leads to monotony ... To avoid the usual recipes, we suggest you serve it with an interesting side dish - apple and celery. Mashed potatoes are also suitable to complement the dish.

Required products :

  • 1/2 head of celery
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • peel of 1 lemon, grated
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 pieces of pork chops

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and cover the bottom with celery. Sprinkle garlic and lemon peel on it, season and arrange the apple slices on top.

Put the rosemary sprigs and pour a little olive oil. Put the meat in the pan and season with salt and pepper, lightly grease.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pork is ready.

Serve immediately, add fresh salad, mashed potatoes or sauce of your choice. Improvise and enjoy this dinner for two.
