How To Cook Pork Fillet With Rosemary, Garlic And Lemon Peel - Recipe

Required products :

1.5 kg pork fillet
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and spices for pork to taste
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Preparation :
Wash the meat well. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a suitable bowl, mix finely chopped garlic, chopped rosemary, grated lemon peel, add salt and spices to taste, then pour olive oil.

 

Stir and evenly cover the meat with the resulting aromatic combination.

 

Put it in a suitable dish and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and let the pork cook for another hour.

 
Check the readiness by stabbing the fillet with a knife - the juice that separates must be transparent.
