How To Cook Pork Rolls Stuffed With Mushrooms With Apples And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of pork
150 grams of mushrooms
1 apple
1 head of old onion
50 grams of raisins
salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms under running water and chop them finely.

 
Chop the onion as well.

 
Peel an apple and cut it into small cubes.

 
Mix all the chopped products, add the raisins, add salt to taste and fry over medium heat in oil until semi-cooked (about 5-7 minutes).

  
Cut the meat into portions.

 
Beat them as thin as possible and season.

 
In the middle of each piece put the fruit and mushroom filling.

  
Carefully roll up rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks or suitable wooden skewers.

 
Fry in very hot fat until golden brown on all sides.

 
Then reduce the temperature of the hob, pour a little water into the pan, close it with a lid and let the rolls simmer until ready (10-15 minutes are enough).
