Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of pork
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 150 milliliters of oil
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 50 grams of butter
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, cut it into centimeter-thick pieces and hammer thoroughly.

Wash the mushrooms under running water and cut them into cubes.

Peel an onion and cut it into cubes (small).

Fry onions and mushrooms, season them.

At one end of the pork pieces put a little of the stuffing and roll up the rolls.

Roll them in flour and tie with a suitable string or fasten with a toothpick.

Fry them in oil until a yellow crust forms on all sides.

Then remove the sticks or string and arrange the rolls in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over them (enough to cover the meat), add salt and cook for a quarter of an hour.

Meanwhile, make the white sauce.

Melt the meat in a pan, add a tablespoon of flour and fry until it acquires an even golden color.

Put the cream in the bowl and cook until thickened. Then pour the cold milk and cook, stirring, until the mixture is homogeneous, without lumps.

Pour the sauce over the rolls and cook for 20 minutes.
