Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pork fillet
  • 80 grams of fresh spinach leaves
  • 50 grams of French red grapes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toothpicks for pinning
  • fresh rosemary

 

Method of preparation:

 

Place the fillet on a wooden board and use a household hammer to fillet the steaks. Be careful not to tear the meat. Season the fillet with salt, pepper, spread with melted butter and garnish with spinach leaves and raisins.

 

Wrap the meat in a roll, wind its ends with a toothpick. Prepare the remaining fillets in the same way and arrange them in a greased pan. Garnish the dish with fresh rosemary leaves and add the remaining grapes.

Grease the rolls with oil, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, pour 250 milliliters of broth or water and bake for 60 minutes. Cool, distribute portions, serve and enjoy the taste.
