How To Cook Pork Tenderloin With Apples, Bacon And Baked Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pork bon fillet, sliced
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 2 red apples, peeled and sliced
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella
  • salt, pepper, paprika and savory
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of finely chopped bacon
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 50 milliliters of light beer
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the beer, honey, mustard and finely chopped onion. Stir and set the mixture aside. Prepare a pan, heat the butter and fry the meat on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and savory.

Add the peeled, washed and diced potatoes and apples. Stir and pour the mixture into a pan. Distribute the meat, sprinkle with bacon and mozzarella, season with a mixture of honey, beer and mustard.

 

Sprinkle with thyme, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the dish, distribute on a plate and serve.
