How To Cook Potato Cream Soup With Mushrooms, Carrots And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato cream soup with mushrooms, carrots and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150 grams of mushrooms (canned)
  • 1 carrot
  • 7 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • black pepper, dry spices and salt to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 50 milliliters of oil

 

Method of preparation :

Boil (in salted water) peeled and cut in half potatoes. Fry the mushrooms and chopped onions with the grated carrot.

 

 

 

Mash the prepared potatoes together with some of the water in which they were boiled.

 

The consistency resembles cream. Mix with vegetables and mushrooms.

Spread the thick soup on a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with croutons.

 

If necessary, add more potato decoction or just use boiling water.
