The exact amount of products depends on the number of sockets you want to get. For reference, we will say that when using a muffin tin with 9 cells, 4 medium potatoes and 9 eggs are needed.
Method of preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and arrange the potatoes on the grill (whole and with the peels). Bake for 45 minutes (they don't need to be completely done), then wait for them to cool enough to peel.
Grate with a coarse grater.
Arrange them in the muffin tins, covering the bottom and walls, leaving a dent in the middle.
Season with salt and ground black pepper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Then remove and knock 1 egg in the middle of each nest.
Return the dish to the oven until the eggs are ready.
