  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 fine slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 200 grams of grated potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

Heat the butter in a pan and add the onion. Reduce heat and caramelize. It will take about 10 minutes. Then add the bacon and sauté briefly. Strain the mixture and set aside.

In the remaining fat, fry the sliced ​​potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream into a bowl, beat the egg and stir. Carefully pour over the potato mixture and cover with swirling motions.
