Necessary products:

10 potatoes

1 egg

200 grams of minced meat

1 onion

6 s. l. flour

100 grams of yellow cheese

spices (turmeric, red and black pepper, salt)

1 egg white

breadcrumbs for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes whole, leave them to cool and peel them. Grind (or grate) the onion and add it to the minced meat along with the spices. Fry very tiny meatballs from it (like bites).

Grate the potatoes with a grater, salt, season with pepper and divide into two parts. Add turmeric in one and paprika in the other. Divide the egg and distribute evenly in both parts. Grate the yellow cheese, add it as well. Then add the flour (the amount can be more than the specified 6 tablespoons, consider, the goal is to be able to form balls).

Using a tablespoon, scoop out the potatoes (from one and the other mixture) and shape so as to obtain "peaches" with one yellow and one reddish side. Place a meatball on the inside of one half and then "glue". Brush the molds with egg white using a brush. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and arrange in a pan greased with oil. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
