How To Cook Potato Pie With Cream Cheese, Spinach And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

6-8 medium potatoes
150 grams of mozzarella or other cream cheese
150 grams of spinach
150 grams of cherry tomatoes
6 eggs
1/4 tea cup fresh milk
olive
oil to spread the dish
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Prepare a form with a diameter of 22-24 centimeters and grease its bottom with oil. Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.

Peel the potatoes, then grate them (2 full cups of tea are needed). Add salt to the vegetables and distribute an even layer in the dish. Sprinkle with half of the grated mozzarella.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and fry them together with the spinach in hot olive oil for 3 minutes on high heat, stirring during this time.

Cover the cheese with the resulting vegetable mixture.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and ground black pepper. Pour this combination over the pie and sprinkle with the remaining grated mozzarella.

Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.
