How To Cook Potato Roll With Ham, Cheese And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese (grate it)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 125 grams of mozzarella
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat while you make the roll.

Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate them, grind with a blender or meat grinder.

Peel an onion and grind it, mix it with the potatoes, add the yellow cheese, eggs, spices and stir.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease with oil. Distribute the potato mass evenly in the dish and place in the already hot oven for 25 minutes.

When you remove the marsh, let it cool a bit (for about 10-15 minutes).

Cut the mozzarella and ham into thin slices. First arrange the ham, as it should cover the entire potato base, and then add the mozzarella.

Carefully roll the roll directly into the mold itself. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the dish well.

Serve with lettuce.
