How To Cook Potato Roll With Minced Meat And Whole Carrot - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry grated ginger
  • red pepper if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 280 grams of minced meat
  • 3 green onion stalks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large carrot

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until cooked, then mash until smooth.

 

When it cools down a bit, add the crushed garlic cloves and mix thoroughly.

Season with ginger, cumin, baking soda and add a little red pepper if desired. Stir again.

 

Mix the puree with the minced meat, add the finely chopped green onions.

 

Then knead the egg.

 

Spread an even layer of the mixture on foil.

 

In the middle put all the carrots that you have previously cooked and peeled.

 

Press it to the base and form a roll.

Wrap in foil and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 50 minutes.

 

Leave the finished roll to cool in the oven, then put it in the fridge.

 

Do not remove the foil while the dish is hot, as this will spoil its shape. Unroll as soon as you remove the roll from the refrigerator.
