Required products :
5 medium potatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice and taste
frying oil
Preparation :
Boil the potatoes whole until cooked , then peel and grate. Add eggs, flour and spices to them. Mix everything well.
Cut the yellow cheese into thin and long pieces.
With wet hands, form layers of potato dough and put a piece of yellow cheese in each of them. Close with the "dough" and roll the rolls in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil on all sides until you get a golden appetizing crust.
